Saucy Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 6 pork chops 34 inch thick
• 1 medium onion thinly sliced
• 1 10 12 oz can cream of chicken soup
• 14 c ketchup
• 2 or 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. In skillet brown chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat season with salt and pepper
2. Layer chops with onion slices Combine remaining ingredients pour over chops and cover
3. Simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done
4. Remove chops to platter and spoon sauce over each
