Sauerkraut And Kielbasa

Ingredients

• 1 qt jar sauerkraut
• 1 to 2 lb kielbasa cut into 12 to 1-inch pieces
• 14 c maple flavored pancake syrup may substitute 14 c brown sugar
• 2 tsp caraway seed

Directions

1. Drain and rinse kraut
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Place in slow cooker medium temperature
4. Cook 3 to 4 hours
5. May need to drain off juice depends on kielbasa brand Eckrich is the best
