Sauerkraut Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage browned
- 34 c onions minced
- 1 16 oz can drained kraut
- 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions
- Brown sausage and onions
- Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs
- Mix all and make into small balls roll in flour and dip in milkegg mixture
- Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry
- Can freeze
