Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can sauerkraut drained
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 34 c oatmeal
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar packed

Directions

  1. Squeeze sauerkraut dry
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Mix well Shape into one-inch balls
  4. Bake in ungreased shallow pan at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
  5. Break open to test
  6. Serves 5
