Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage browned
  • 34 c onions minced
  • 1 16 oz can drained kraut
  • 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and onions
  2. Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs
  3. Mix all and make into small balls roll in flour and dip in milkegg mixture
  4. Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry
  5. Can freeze
