Sauerkraut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can sauerkraut drained
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 34 c oatmeal
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar packed
Directions
- Squeeze sauerkraut dry
- Combine all ingredients
- Mix well Shape into one-inch balls
- Bake in ungreased shallow pan at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes
- Break open to test
- Serves 5
