Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1 lb can sauerkraut
  • 12 c raw rice

Directions

  1. Brown the meat add onions and cook a few minutes
  2. Add soup sauerkraut and rice
  3. Bake covered 1 hour at 300 then 1 12 hours uncovered
  4. Serve with rye bread
