Sauerkraut Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1 lb can sauerkraut
- 12 c raw rice
Directions
- Brown the meat add onions and cook a few minutes
- Add soup sauerkraut and rice
- Bake covered 1 hour at 300 then 1 12 hours uncovered
- Serve with rye bread
