Sauerkraut Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 c sauerkraut
- 1 c oatmeal
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp celery salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp fat
- 12 c brown sugar
- 14 c water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
Directions
- Mix first 8 ingredients melt fat in skillet and brown meatballs
- Mix sugar water and vinegar
- Spoon over meat Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes
- Serves 6
