Sauerkraut Rice Spuds

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 14 c rice
- 12 can sauerkraut
- 2 diced Dinner Cuts
- 1 small chopped onion
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Cover potatoes with water
- Add other ingredients
- Cook until potatoes and rice are soft about 50 minutes
- Stir and mix well Serve with gravy or margarine or bake at 375 for 45 minutes
