Sauerkraut Rice Spuds

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 14 c rice
  • 12 can sauerkraut
  • 2 diced Dinner Cuts
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

  1. Cover potatoes with water
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. Cook until potatoes and rice are soft about 50 minutes
  4. Stir and mix well Serve with gravy or margarine or bake at 375 for 45 minutes
