Sauerkraut Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans sauerkraut
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c oil
- 14 c vinegar
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 3 Tbsp pimentos chopped
Directions
- Drain rinse and chop sauerkraut Put in a bowl the sugar oil and vinegar
- Mix until well blended
- Add the vegetables and refrigerate for 2 days
