Sauerkraut Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can sauerkraut
  • 34 c quick oats uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 egg unbeaten

Directions

  1. Pat excess moisture from sauerkraut
  2. Combine all ingredients mix well
  3. Shape to form 1-inch balls
  4. Bake in ungreased shallow pan in 375 oven for 25 to 30 minutes
  5. Makes about 3 dozen
