Sauerkraut Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can sauerkraut
- 34 c quick oats uncooked
- 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 egg unbeaten
Directions
- Pat excess moisture from sauerkraut
- Combine all ingredients mix well
- Shape to form 1-inch balls
- Bake in ungreased shallow pan in 375 oven for 25 to 30 minutes
- Makes about 3 dozen
