Sausage-Beef Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 sweet Italian sausages 1 lb
- 1 lb beef chuck in 1-inch cubes
- 1 large sliced onion
- 2 medium cloves garlic minced
- 2 medium green peppers seeded and cut into eighths
- 1 can kidney beans
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and cut in quarters
- 1 tsp basil
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c boiling water
Directions
- Brown sausages and beef chuck cubes in electric skillet
- Add onion garlic green peppers potatoes kidney beans basil salt and pepper
- Add bouillon and cook at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
- Check from time to time
- Add more bouillon if needed Juices may be thickened for gravy
