Sausage-Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage mild or hot
  • 1 10 oz pkg extra sharp cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 c biscuit mix

Directions

  1. Have sausage and cheese at room temperature
  2. Combine and mix well
  3. Add paprika and biscuit mix and mix well
  4. Roll into small balls and bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
  5. Makes 100 sausage-cheese balls
  6. May be baked and frozen for unexpected company
