Sausage-Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 slices French bread cubed
  • 34 lb country sausage cooked
  • 1 c grated cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 12 tsp dry mustard
  • milk
  • 12 can mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Spread bread cubes in buttered 7 x 11-inch baking dish
  2. Layer sausage and cheese over bread
  3. Combine eggs and mustard with 1 generous cup of milk in a
  4. bowl beating well
  5. Pour over sausage and cheese
  6. Blend 14 cup of milk with soup until smooth
  7. Pour over all
  8. Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes
  9. Yields 6 servings about 350 calories each
