Sausage-Egg Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread
- 2 lb sausage any type
- 14 eggs beaten
- 1 12 c cheese grated
- 12 c milk optional
- onions diced optional
- chilies optional
- chives optional
- bell peppers optional
Directions
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Arrange bread cubes on bottom of dish
- Brown sausage in skillet about 15 minutes Drain and spread over bread cubes
- Mix together the eggs cheese milk and other optional ingredients as desired
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
