Sausage And Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium fresh mushrooms cleaned
  • 14 c Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
  • 12 c hot Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 12 c Kraft shredded low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms Brush mushrooms with dressing and place on broiler pan for 5 minutes Press sausage evenly into mushroom caps using about 12 teaspoon sausage in each cap Sprinkle evenly with cheese Broil an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted Serve hot Makes 12 servings
