Sausage And Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage meat
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 slices day-old bread crushed
- 1 c Cheddar cheese grated
- 3 Tbsp chopped onions
Directions
- Brown sausage in skillet
- Drain
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into 11 x 7 x 2-inch casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
