Sausage And Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 slices day old bread cubed
  • 1 12 lb sausage
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb shredded Cheddar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 12-inch casserole with butter
  2. Place cubed bread in bottom of casserole
  3. Place layer of bite-sized sausage cooked and well drained
  4. Place layer of cheese
  5. Mix eggs 1 12 cups milk salt and mustard
  6. Pour over cheese layer
  7. Mix soup and 12 cup milk
  8. Pour over egg layer
  9. Let stand overnight in refrigerator
  10. Bake 30 to 45 minutes uncovered in a 350 oven
