Sausage And Egg Christmas Breakfast

Ingredients

  • herbed croutons
  • 1 12 c shredded mediumsharp cheese
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Directions

  1. Place croutons on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan top with cheese
  2. Cook sausage in skillet until brown drain
  3. Crumble sausage over cheese
  4. Beat eggs mix with mustard milk mushroom soup and mushrooms
  5. Pour over sausage
  6. May be refrigerated overnight if desired
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 300 for 1 12 hours
  8. May be reheated
  9. Serves 8
