Sausage And Lentil Stew

Ingredients

• 1 pkg dried lentils
• 14 c oil
• 34 lb Italian hot sausage
• 12 lb kielbasa
• 4 hot dogs
• 1 large thinly sliced onion
• 1 c whole plum tomatoes
• seasonings to taste basil thyme bay leaf garlic hot pepper flakes salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cook lentils according to package directions in water
2. Simmer approximately 20 minutes until almost soft
