• 1 lb small red new potatoes cut into halves or quarters
• 1 12 cups sliced onions
• 12 lb baby carrots
• 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 envelope savory herb with garlic flavor dry soup mix
• 1 lb Hillshire Farm Savory Fare Gourmet Cooked Sausage Chicken Turkey with Apples Spice diagonally cut into 13-inch slices

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
3. Combine potatoes onions carrots oil and soup mix in large bowl
4. Stir until evenly coated
