Sausage And Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 roll sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 12 c chopped celery
- 12 c raw rice
- 2 envelopes chicken noodle soup mix
- 4 12 c water
Directions
- In skillet crumble sausage
- Add onions bell pepper and celery
- Cook until sausage is brown
- Put water in saucepan and bring to a boil
- Add rice and soup mix
- Cook 10 minutes Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 325 for 1 hour
