Sausage Beef Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 12 lb sausage
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 c celery chopped
• 1 c uncooked rice
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 12 c grated American cheese

Directions

1. Cook sausage drain
2. Brown beef drain
3. Cook onion and celery in meat fat until tender
4. Cook rice and drain
5. Mix all ingredients together except cheese and bake at 350 for 1 hour adding cheese to top during last 15 minutes
