Sausage Bread

Ingredients

• 1 pkg frozen bread loaves
• 1 lb Owens hot sausage
• 18 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese grated
• 4 eggs
• 12 tsp minced garlic
• chopped onion

Directions

1. Let sausage mixture cool a little
2. Add eggs beaten well with cheese
3. Stir to mix
4. Grease cookie sheet and spread dough with hands to cover pan
5. Fill with mixture
6. Fold up
7. Put seam on bottom
8. Let rise and bake
