Sausage Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 2 c pancake mix
- 1 14 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 14 oz jar spiced apple rings
- 1 8 oz pkg brown and serve sausage links
Directions
- Combine pancake mix milk eggs and oil
- Beat until smooth Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan
- Drain apple rings
- Arrange apple rings and sausages cut crosswise so mixture can be cut into squares
- Bake in a 350 oven for 30 to 35 minutes
