Sausage CakeMakes 1 Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c cooked raisins
- 1 c raisin juice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 lb brown sugar
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 lb fresh sausage
- 1 c nuts chopped
Directions
- Cook raisins until tender in enough water to measure 1 cup of juice
- Mix baking soda in juice and set aside
- Sift all dry ingredients together then stir in raisin and soda mixture
- Stir in sausage and nuts
- Bake in ungreased Bundt pan for 1 14 hours in a 350 oven
