Sausage CakeMakes 1 Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c cooked raisins
• 1 c raisin juice
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 lb brown sugar
• 3 c all-purpose flour
• 1 lb fresh sausage
• 1 c nuts chopped

Directions

1. Cook raisins until tender in enough water to measure 1 cup of juice
2. Mix baking soda in juice and set aside
3. Sift all dry ingredients together then stir in raisin and soda mixture
4. Stir in sausage and nuts
5. Bake in ungreased Bundt pan for 1 14 hours in a 350 oven
