Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 to 10 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 lb sausage browned and drained
  • 6 slices bread cubed
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 pkg Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Combine eggs sausage and milk
  2. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Rest mixture in bowl about 12 hours or overnight Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes
