Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 to 10 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 lb sausage browned and drained
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 c milk
- 1 pkg Cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Combine eggs sausage and milk
- Then add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Rest mixture in bowl about 12 hours or overnight Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes
