Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 deep pie shell
• 1 lb browned sausage
• 1 8 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese
• 6 eggs
• 1 12 c milk
• sharp cheese

Directions

1. Layer the sausage and cheese in order in the pie shell
2. Beat the eggs and milk together
3. Add to the pie shell
4. Sprinkle with sharp cheese
5. Bake for 35 minutes in a 350 oven
