Sausage Casserole(Microwave)

Ingredients

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 3/4 c. diced onion
• 3/4 c. diced green pepper
• 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can whole tomatoes
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 8 oz. macaroni, cooked
• 1 c. dairy sour cream

Directions

1. In a 10-inch microwave cooker, cook sausage, onion and green pepper for 6 minutes, stirring once.
2. Drain off fat.
3. Stir tomatoes, sugar, chili powder, salt and cooked macaroni into sausage mixture.
4. Cook 6 minutes.
5. Stir in sour cream.
6. Heat 1 to 2 minutes.
