Sausage Cheese And Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup combined with 1 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- salt and pepper to taste
- shredded Cheddar cheese 1 to 1 12 c
- 1 lb smoked sausage cut into 14-inch slices
Directions
- Mix mushroom soup and milk together with half of the onion rings
- Layer hash brown potatoes sausage soup mixture and shredded cheese alternately
- Bake at 350 until heated through about 40 minutes
- Add more cheese and the rest of the onion on top
- Bake long enough to melt cheese
