Sausage Cheese Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked hot and spicy pork sausage
- 1 10 oz pkg sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 c Bisquick
Directions
- Shred cheese and combine with sausage and Bisquick
- Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet or shape into balls
- Freeze Then bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Make balls small since they get larger when cooked
- Yields 100 balls
