Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb uncooked hot and spicy pork sausage
  • 1 10 oz pkg sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c Bisquick

Directions

  1. Shred cheese and combine with sausage and Bisquick
  2. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet or shape into balls
  3. Freeze Then bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  4. Make balls small since they get larger when cooked
  5. Yields 100 balls
