Sausage Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage mild
- 6 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 6 slices toast cubed
- 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Crumble and brown sausage drain
- Beat eggs add milk salt and mustard and mix
- Stir in bread cubes cheese and sausage and mix
- Put in 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Let it set for 15 minutes before slicing
