Sausage Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage mild
• 6 eggs
• 2 c milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 6 slices toast cubed
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Crumble and brown sausage drain
2. Beat eggs add milk salt and mustard and mix
3. Stir in bread cubes cheese and sausage and mix
4. Put in 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish
5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
6. Let it set for 15 minutes before slicing
