Sausage Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 c milk
  • 23 c soda cracker crumbs
  • 14 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

  1. Cook sausage drain off fat
  2. Combine sausage with remaining ingredients
  3. Pour into greased 1 12-quart casserole
  4. Place in pan of hot water
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set
