Sausage Cornbread Bake

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage
• 1 large onion chopped
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 12 c corn meal
• 1 can creamed corn
• 34 c milk
• 14 c oil
• 2 c grated cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Brown sausage with onion and drain Combine meal eggs corn milk and oil
3. Pour half of mixture into large iron skillet or greased oblong pan
4. Sprinkle sausage mixture and cheese over batter
5. Pour remaining batter on top
6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes
