Sausage Cornbread Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 12 c corn meal
- 1 can creamed corn
- 34 c milk
- 14 c oil
- 2 c grated cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Brown sausage with onion and drain Combine meal eggs corn milk and oil
- Pour half of mixture into large iron skillet or greased oblong pan
- Sprinkle sausage mixture and cheese over batter
- Pour remaining batter on top
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes
