Sausage Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 pkg seasoned cubed mix
• 1 pkg corn bread seasoned mix or use all corn bread
• 5 or 6 stalks celery
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 12 lb Owens sausage
• 1 c broken pecans
• 12 c raisins
• turkey or chicken broth

Directions

1. Brown sausage drain
2. Saute onions and celery until tender Add to dressing mix in large bowl
3. Pour enough hot broth over dressing to moisten
4. You may want to add a little extra poultry seasoning
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Add raisins and nuts to stuffing
7. Stuff bird cavity lightly
