Sausage Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 pan cornbread
- 1 chicken boiled and deboned
- 12 lb sausage browned
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
- broth from chicken
- 12 c onion
- 12 c celery
- 2 eggs raw beaten
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Use enough chicken broth to make mixture juicy
- Pour into baking pan
- Bake at 350 until brown
