Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 eggs I use 7 or 8
• 3 slices bread cubed
• 1 tsp salt optional
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
• 1 lb sausage
• 2 c milk
• 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 Tbsp onion chopped

Directions

1. Beat eggs
2. Cook sausage and onion
3. Drain grease
4. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
5. When set in the middle it is ready to eat
6. Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning
