Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 eggs I use 7 or 8
- 3 slices bread cubed
- 1 tsp salt optional
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 lb sausage
- 2 c milk
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp onion chopped
Directions
- Beat eggs
- Cook sausage and onion
- Drain grease
- Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes
- When set in the middle it is ready to eat
- Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning
