Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 14 c oleo
- 13 c flour
- 18 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 14 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Brown sausage until it crumbles
- Drain reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings
- Add oleo to drippings
- Add flour and cook 1 minute
- Add milk and cook until thickened
- Stir in sausage and seasonings
