Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 lb pork sausage
• 14 c oleo
• 13 c flour
• 18 tsp Italian seasoning
• 3 14 c milk
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Brown sausage until it crumbles
2. Drain reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings
3. Add oleo to drippings
4. Add flour and cook 1 minute
5. Add milk and cook until thickened
6. Stir in sausage and seasonings
