Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 lb lean ground meat
- 2 lb Hillshire beef sausage
- 2 cans Campbells French onion soup
- 2 cans Campbells beef bouillon soup
- 2 cans 15 oz Hunts tomato sauce
- 1 bunch shallots
- 12 c onion chopped fine
- 2 bell peppers chopped fine
- 2 boxes Uncle Bens converted rice
Directions
- Spray large pan with Pam
- Brown ground meat and drain well Cut sausage into small pieces
- Melt butter and mix all ingredients well
- Cover pan real well with foil and bake at 350 for 12 hour
- Stir well and continue to cook for 1 hour
