Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 2 lb lean ground meat
  • 2 lb Hillshire beef sausage
  • 2 cans Campbells French onion soup
  • 2 cans Campbells beef bouillon soup
  • 2 cans 15 oz Hunts tomato sauce
  • 1 bunch shallots
  • 12 c onion chopped fine
  • 2 bell peppers chopped fine
  • 2 boxes Uncle Bens converted rice

Directions

  1. Spray large pan with Pam
  2. Brown ground meat and drain well Cut sausage into small pieces
  3. Melt butter and mix all ingredients well
  4. Cover pan real well with foil and bake at 350 for 12 hour
  5. Stir well and continue to cook for 1 hour
