Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1 c onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 c celery chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c uncooked rice

Directions

  1. Brown sausage and pour off grease
  2. Add onion garlic celery and green pepper to sausage simmer until tender
  3. Wash rice and add to mixture along with soups
  4. Bake in oblong 9 x 13-inch dish for 1 hour at 350
