Sausage Jambalaya
Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1 c onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 c celery chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c uncooked rice
Directions
- Brown sausage and pour off grease
- Add onion garlic celery and green pepper to sausage simmer until tender
- Wash rice and add to mixture along with soups
- Bake in oblong 9 x 13-inch dish for 1 hour at 350
