Sausage Muffins

Ingredients
- 12 to 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 c self-rising corn meal
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 c milk
- 14 c oil
Directions
- Cook sausage and drain well
- Mix flour corn meal egg milk and oil
- Add sausage
- Place in greased muffin pan and bake at 425 for 15 to 20 minutes
