Sausage Pie
Ingredients
- regular pie crust make or buy bottom shell only
- 12 lb hot or mild Italian sausage crumbled fried and drained
- Ricotta cheese approximately 3 c
- 12 c grated Mozzarella cheese
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 18 c parsley flakes
- 12 tsp salt and pepper optional
Directions
- Set oven to 375
- Mix all together and fill pie shell
- Bake 1 14 hour
