Sausage Pie

Ingredients

• regular pie crust make or buy bottom shell only
• 12 lb hot or mild Italian sausage crumbled fried and drained
• Ricotta cheese approximately 3 c
• 12 c grated Mozzarella cheese
• 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
• 18 c parsley flakes
• 12 tsp salt and pepper optional

Directions

1. Set oven to 375
2. Mix all together and fill pie shell
3. Bake 1 14 hour
