Sausage PinwheelsSnack Hors DOeuvres Or Appetizer

Ingredients

• 2 cans crescent rolls
• 1 lb pork sausage

Directions

1. Allow sausage to come almost to room temperature for easy spreadability
2. Open rolls but do not separate
3. Roll entire contents into 8 x 12-inch sheet pan
4. Spread 12 pound of sausage on each can of rolls
5. Roll in jelly roll fashion from long side of dough
6. Slice into 1-inch sections
7. Place on cookie sheet with 1-inch sides
8. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until sausage is well cooked
9. Drain on paper towels
