Sausage Pitas
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb smoked sausage sliced diagonally
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 large green pepper sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- pita bread cut in half to make pocket
Directions
- Brown sausage in skillet add vegetables
- Cook until just tender
- Lightly toast pita bread
- Use spoon to open while warm Fill with sausage and vegetables
