Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 lb good sausage
• 34 c chopped onion
• 12 pt carton whipping cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 c or more shredded Cheddar cheese
• 9-inch deep dish pie shell half cooked before using

Directions

1. Crumble and cook sausage with onions

3. sausage is done Drain well and put in half cooked

6. Combine eggs beaten well with whipping cream and

8. over sausage mixture Top with cheese and bake in a 350 oven for 25 or 30 minutes or until setCool slightly before cutting
