Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 c Bisquick
• 1 lb sausage browned and drained
• 2 c sharp cheese grated
• 14 c onion chopped
• 14 c green pepper chopped
• 2 c milk
• 4 eggs
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Cook meat and drain well
2. Spread on bottom of greased casserole dish
3. Sprinkle cheese on top
4. Mix milk eggs Bisquick salt and pepper in bowl with wire whip
5. Add onion and pepper pour over top of meat and cheese
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm in middle
