Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 lb good sausage
- 34 c chopped onion
- 12 pt carton whipping cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 c or more shredded Cheddar cheese
- 9-inch deep dish pie shell half cooked before using
Directions
- Crumble and cook sausage with onions
- until
- sausage is done Drain well and put in half cooked

- Combine eggs beaten well with whipping cream and

- over sausage mixture Top with cheese and bake in a 350 oven for 25 or 30 minutes or until setCool slightly before cutting
