Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
- 2 unbaked pie shells
- 3 eggs
- 24 oz sour cream
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt not necessary
- 2 c grated cheese Swiss is best but Cheddar will do or half and half
Directions
- Fry and drain sausage
- Mix into eggs sour cream and cheese mixture
- Add and blend Worcestershire and salt
- Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake at 400 for 10 minutes
- Reduce to 325 and cook 25 to 30 minutes
- Serve hot
- Ham or hamburger can be substituted for sausage
- Good any meal
