Sausage Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 c rice
- 1 medium onion
- 12 c celery
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb pork sausage
Directions
- Cook rice as directed on package
- Chop onion pepper and celery
- Brown sausage and drain then add vegetables
- Cook until vegetables are limp
- Add rice and soup and pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish
- Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325
