Sausage Squares

Ingredients

• 1 c biscuit mix
• 13 c milk
• 2 c sharp grated Cheddar cheese
• 4 Tbsp mayonnaise divided
• 1 lb pork sausage
• 1 egg
• 1 large onion chopped

Directions

1. Combine the biscuit mix and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
2. Brown sausage in skillet Add onion and cook until tender drain well
3. Spread sausage mixture over first layer
4. Combine egg grated cheese and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5. Spread over top of sausage mixture Press lightly
6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes Cook about 10 minutes before cutting into squares
