Sausage Stuffing For Squash

Ingredients

• 12 lb bulk pork sausage
• 14 c chopped onions
• 14 c chopped celery
• 1 12 c stuffing
• 14 tsp dried thyme leaves
• 14 c water

Directions

1. Saute sausage push aside
2. Add onion and celery saute until golden
3. Remove from heat
4. Stir in stuffing and thyme
5. Mix well Sprinkle water over mixture
6. Toss until evenly moist
7. Stuff centers of cleaned and halved squash
8. Bake until done
