Sausage Stuffing For Squash

Ingredients
- 12 lb bulk pork sausage
- 14 c chopped onions
- 14 c chopped celery
- 1 12 c stuffing
- 14 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 14 c water
Directions
- Saute sausage push aside
- Add onion and celery saute until golden
- Remove from heat
- Stir in stuffing and thyme
- Mix well Sprinkle water over mixture
- Toss until evenly moist
- Stuff centers of cleaned and halved squash
- Bake until done
