Sausage Swirls

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 18 c corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 13 c vegetable oil
  • 13 c milk
  • 1 lb hot bulk sausage

Directions

  1. Sift dry ingredients Blend in oil Add enough milk to make a stiff dough
  2. Roll thin on floured board into 10 x 18-inch rectangle
  3. Spread uncooked sausage on top and roll lengthwise Chill Slice and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
