Saute Carrots

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 14 c butter
  • 12 c bread crumbs
  • 14 c water

Directions

  1. Place carrots salt pepper and water in a 2-quart saucepan Cook on high until steam rises from the lid
  2. Then reduce to low for 10 to 15 minutes
  3. Drain well and roll carrots in bread crumbs and saute in skillet with butter until lightly browned
