Sauteed Greens

Ingredients
- 1 lb or bunch greens cooked as described in Master Recipe
- 2 tsp virgin olive oil or corn oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- You can saute spinach chard or beet greens without pre-boiling just saute them as below for about 5 minutes or until wilted Serve with fresh lemon wedge or about 12 cup mushrooms optional
