Sauteed Mushrooms With Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb Terry Farms fresh mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- splash of white cooking sherry
- 2 servings of favorite pasta
- pinch of Parmesan cheese
- pinch of chopped parsley or scallions
Directions
- Rinse drain and slice mushrooms thickly
- Heat large pan and then add olive oil
- Add pressed or chopped garlic to hot oil and before garlic starts to brown add mushrooms and stir
- Let cook for 5 to 8 minutes until tender
- Splash with sherry and stir for another minute or so
- Spoon onto cooked pasta fettucini works well and garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or scallions
