Sauteed Mushrooms With Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Terry Farms fresh mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • splash of white cooking sherry
  • 2 servings of favorite pasta
  • pinch of Parmesan cheese
  • pinch of chopped parsley or scallions

Directions

  1. Rinse drain and slice mushrooms thickly
  2. Heat large pan and then add olive oil
  3. Add pressed or chopped garlic to hot oil and before garlic starts to brown add mushrooms and stir
  4. Let cook for 5 to 8 minutes until tender
  5. Splash with sherry and stir for another minute or so
  6. Spoon onto cooked pasta fettucini works well and garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley or scallions
