Sauteed Peconic Bay Scallops

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp flavored
  • bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 dollop white wine
  • 1 lb scallops

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet and saute garlic about 30 seconds
  2. Add scallops and stir-fry until opaque about 5 to 7 minutes
  3. Add wine over high heat and stir
  4. Add bread crumbs cook 30 seconds stirring all the while
  5. Add parsley and cook 20 seconds
  6. Remove from pan and place on platter serving at once Makes about 3 to 4 helpings
