Sauteed Peconic Bay Scallops
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp flavored
- bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 dollop white wine
- 1 lb scallops
Directions
- Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet and saute garlic about 30 seconds
- Add scallops and stir-fry until opaque about 5 to 7 minutes
- Add wine over high heat and stir
- Add bread crumbs cook 30 seconds stirring all the while
- Add parsley and cook 20 seconds
- Remove from pan and place on platter serving at once Makes about 3 to 4 helpings
