Sauteed Shrimp And Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 12 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 15 lb or larger jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Slice mushrooms into 2 or 3 pieces each
- Melt butter in a large skillet add mushrooms
- Cook on low heat or high simmer 30 minutes uncovered until most of the water has cooked out
- Add garlic salt and pepper
- Stir and add shrimp
- Cook covered 5 to 7 minutes until shrimp are done
- Stir occasionally
- Serve over rice
