Savory Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 c sifted self-rising flour
- 1 c 4 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 egg
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 1 c milk
- 14 c vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Grease 24 mini muffin cups
- Stir together flour cheese mustard and chili powder in mixing bowl Beat eggs in separate bowl stir in milk and oil
- Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients stirring just until blended
- Batter will be slightly lumpy
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups filling each 23 full
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown
