Savory Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 12 to 3 lb cut-up frying chicken
- 1 c all purpose flour
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ground sage
- 12 tsp onion powder
- 12 tsp crushed thyme
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
- Rinse chicken and pat dry
- In large bag combine flour and seasonings
- In shallow bowl beat eggs and water
- Place chicken a few pieces at a time in bag and shake to coat
- Dip in eggs and shake in bag again
- Fry chicken until done
- Serves 4 to 6
