Savory Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground chuck
• 1 lb. ground pork
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
• 1/3 c. milk
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1 Tbsp. parsley
• 1 tsp. sweet basil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

1. Soak bread pieces in milk.
2. Combine all ingredients to mixed meat.
3. Form into loaf; place in greased loaf pan.
4. Bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours.
